The main objective is to create a business plan for a development project that will lead to construction of family houses in Olomouc area. The plan consists of the following analytical tools: SWOT analysis, break even point projection, project viability and questionnaire that was answered by a specific target group.

Proposal of project and process management in the company providing services

In my diploma thesis I focused on the design of a new process and project approach and its application in the Chata Hrádok, which is focused on the organization of weddings and all related processes. I focused on the pre-project phase and its processes in the internal place, specifically the management and ordering of goods and all related processes. In the theoretical part, I presented the basics of the issue, with which I analysed the situation of the company in the analytical part and found a weak point of the project. Finally, in the design section, I present suggestions for improving the project, along with the analyses needed to make the change.

The bachelor thesis focuses on risk management in a construction company. The works is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals the risks in projects, basic division and control. The practical part use the acquired theoretical knowledge for a construction contract – construction of a shop and office building for a construction company. It includes risk identification, evaluation and proposal for measures to minimize or completely eliminate risks.

Tne aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a risk management inside construction company. The bachelor’s thesis is divides on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about risk in projects, basic division and control. The practical part solves risks on a particular construction contract in a particular company. The part includes identification and risks assessment with a proposal for preventive measures to reduce or complete elimination.

Design of a new production line

This diploma thesis deals with the project of implementing a production line in a selected company dealing with the recycling of plastic waste and the production of rPET flakes as a secondary raw material for the production of plastic products. First, it deals with the description of the current state and the production process in the company, including the layout of the equipment, and then defines the requirements for the project by the management of the company and individual shareholders of the company. Defining the requirements for the project and at the same time the method of obtaining key information took place on the basis of in-depth interviews with the interested parties of this project, while a pilot design of the layout of the machinery was created, including a description of the technology and a flowchart of the required production process. The main content of the design part is the creation of a proposal for a possible implementation of the production line using a network diagram using the PERT method, which indicates that the duration of the project was calculated to be 106.6 days. Together with the network diagram of the project, an analysis and proposals for managing the risks of this project were prepared. At the end of the draft chapter, a financial analysis of the project's payback period was carried out, as the condition of a payback period of 3-5 years must be met in order for the project to be approved by the shareholders, which this project fulfilled in all three expected progress scenarios.
